Privacy policy

This page explains what information erpfly collects, why, and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to write it in plain English.

What we collect on this website

This marketing site doesn’t set advertising cookies or run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and debugging, for up to 30 days. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email, company and message so we can reply.

What we collect in the builder

When you connect an ERPNext or Odoo site, erpfly reads schema information: DocType and model definitions, field names, installed apps and modules. It does not need your business records to generate code. Sandboxes are built from your schema plus sample data unless you choose to import real records. Sandboxes are deleted when you close a project.

Your prompts and generated code are stored in your account so you can return to them. We don’t use your private code or prompts to train models shared with other customers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run erpfly (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the AI model providers that process prompts on our behalf under contracts that forbid them from training on your data). We don’t sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@erpfly.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, for account holders, send an email.
